Europe-wide: €10.00 (incl. VAT). Free shipping on orders over €100.00

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Our packages are shipped via reliable shipping providers such as DHL, Hermes, or DPD. Tracking information will be available as soon as your order has been shipped.
We currently only deliver within Germany and to selected European countries. If your order is to be placed outside of this area, please contact us in advance so we can find an individual solution.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp with your tracking number.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions, or logistical problems. We will inform you immediately should a delivery delay occur.
Should your order have been damaged during transport, please contact our customer service immediately via WhatsApp at +49 1777 97 54 34. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded.
Should a delivery attempt fail (e.g., due to an incorrect address or repeated absence of the recipient), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.
Self-collection of goods is currently not possible. All orders are shipped exclusively via our shipping provider.
