Cancellation Policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for your order, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any additional costs.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value if it resulted from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties and function.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
