Right of return (cancellation)

You can cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Please have the following information ready:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return (optional)

Conditions for a return

• The goods are in their original condition and in their original packaging.
• No signs of use – unless there was already a defect upon delivery.
• Defective bottles, defective sprayers or incorrect deliveries can be reported at any time.

Exceptions (no right of return)

• Opened or used perfumes (hygiene products)
• Custom-made products or special orders

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the payment method used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs

If the reason for the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g. change of mind), you will bear the direct costs of the return.

Damaged or defective goods

If the delivered goods are damaged or defective, you can make a claim within the statutory warranty period. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or refund.
